1.Drilling Rig

We produce various drilling rigs ranging from 1000 meters to 12000 meters in depth, meeting needs of drilling vertical wells, cluster wells and slant wells in land, offshore and special regions such as desert, hilly land and shoal area. We have produced drilling rigs with various drive modes including AC,AC VFD,DC,diesel engine and gear,chain,hydraulic and belt drive. New technologies including disk brake,AC VFD,SCR,dynamic braking,automatic driller and integrated braking,automatic driller and integrated drilling meters have been applied into the production. Each drilling rig manufactured is assembled and tested in our drilling rig test yards to ensure its performance before delivery to customers.  Drilling rig is designed and manufactured as per API standard.

 

2. Truck-mounted & trailer-mounted drilling rig

This kind of product has great advantage to improve the mobilization efficiency for drilling operation. The unit suits for the site with good road condition and open area. We has designed and manufactured 4,920' (1500m), 6,560' (2000m), 9,840'(3000m), and 13,120' (4000m) diesel engine or electric driving  drilling rigs by concentrating its over 20 years experience in Truck-mounted & trailer-mounted drilling rig. The maximum load ranges from 1125kN to 2250kN. The unit has features of high working load, reliable performance, easy mobilization, and lower cost, and suits the drilling operation of medium depth and shallow well with short operating cycle.

3. Workover Rig

Owetech produce various workover rig with maximum static load from 300KN to 2250KN (67440-505800 lbs) and installed power ranging from 235hp to 1300hp,including XJ350、XJ450、XJ550、XJ650、XJ1000、XJ1200. The power system、drawworks system and driving system are all installed on a carrier, Therefore it is easy for installtion and movement.There rigs are suitable for workover operation for wells ranging from 1000m to 9000m. and for drilling operation for medium and shallow wells if equipped with a rotary table.

4.Components and Spares of Rigs
